BREAST AUGMENTATION REVISION PATIENT

This 52 year old female from Lancaster, Ohio had breast augmentation performed by another surgeon 2 years prior (370cc saline).  She complained of she had visibility, ripling, and malposition of the implants and wanted better cleavage.  She presented to Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery to correct these problems.  Dr. Lichten changed both implants to silicone (375 cc, moderate plus profile) and revised both capsules.  She is now very happy with her results from breast augmentation.
