Patients coming for consultation and/or office visits meet with Dr. Lichten at his office at the Pavilion at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio.  135 North Ewing St. Suite 202, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.  For directions to the office, click here>>

Dr. Lichten performs most of his out-patient surgeries at the Surgery Pavilion of Fairfield Medical Center, located downstairs from our Lancaster office.  For more about the Pavilion and your surgery experience, click here>>

Dr. Lichten is an active member of the medical staff at Fairfield Medical Center, where he performs the vast majority of his procedures and consultations.  He also holds staff privileges at Ohio State University Medical Center, The James Cancer Hospital, Columbus Children's Hospital, Mount Carmel East and Mount Carmel West.

Office Hours

Our regular office hours for appointments are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.  Our staff is available by phone between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Patient Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only except in emergencies.  The amount of time scheduled for your appointment is based on the reason for your consultation.  If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.  Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.
