FEES AND FINANCING

While we understand that the cost of surgery is important in deciding to have a plastic or cosmetic surgery done, we discourage "price shopping" for surgery.  Dr. Lichten believes it is much more important that you meet with your surgeon and make sure you are comfortable with the person who will perform your surgery, rather than selecting "the best deal."  There is no substitute for finding a board-certified plastic surgeon who is well trained in your specific procedure and with whom you are secure in your decision to have surgery.

When you are treated at our facility, you are required to pay any co-pay at the time of service.  If you do not have insurance that covers the cost of your visit, you are unable to provide sufficient insurance information, or the reason for your visit is cosmetic in nature, you will be expected to pay 100% of the charges at the the time of your visit.  Payment for surgery is expected 2 weeks prior to your operation.

Central Ohio Plastic Surgery, Inc. accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
