This 39 year-old female from Lancaster, Ohio had breast augmentation 12 years prior by another surgeon in Columbus, Ohio.  She consulted with Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery for treatment of her right breast implant deflation .  Dr. Lichten discussed with her treatment options for both the right breast implant ruture, and what he diagnosed as left implant malposition.  She decided to have both problems corrected in one surgery.  She had both implants removed and changed to silicone implants.  Dr. Lichten revised both breast implant capsules to improve upon the position and symmetry of her breasts.

She couldn't believe the difference in her results after her surgery.  She was much happier with the shape, appearance and symmetry of her breasts than she had ever been in her life.
