This 52 year old female from Lancaster, Ohio had breast augmentation performed by another surgeon 2 years prior to her consultation with Dr. Lichten.  She complained of she had visibility, ripling, and malposition of the implants and wanted better cleavage.  Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery discussed changing both implants to silicone and revising both capsules in order to achieve her goals. 

She underwent surgery at Fairfield Medical Center in the outpatient surgery Pavilion without any difficulty.  She is now very happy with her improved results from breast augmentation.
