Meet the Staff

Dr. Lichten has carefully selected his Columbus cosmetic surgery staff to ensure that you have an enjoyable and satisfying experience while in our care. Education of the staff is a priority to Dr. Lichten. Each member of our staff has had extensive training in her field, as well as specific training in plastic surgery and skin care. As a result, our staff is uniquely equipped to handle your plastic surgery questions and concerns.

In addition, from the day we opened our doors, Central Ohio Plastic Surgery has been committed to providing the best customer service to our patients. Whether it be answering your questions promptly or simply greeting you with a smile and personal welcome as you walk through the door of our office suite, your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us.

Brooke, Receptionist

When you call to schedule your initial consultation, we will be happy to answer any questions concerning our practice or the procedure you are interested in. Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Brooke. She will help you through any of your paperwork questions and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible.

Natalie, Aesthetician and Reception

Natalie is a State Licensed Aesthetician, so, in addition to being able to answer questions about your visit, Natalie also performs facials, dermal planing and SkinMedica chemical peels for our skin care patients.  She is also available to do makeovers and to guide you through your skin care and make-up questions

Ammie, Nurse

Ammie, our nurse, is an LPN, or licensed practical nurse. She will use her skill and knowledge to help guide you through the surgery process from your initial consultation to your final post-op visit. Ammie also will be the one to schedule your surgery and any pre-operative testing you may need.

Andrea, Billing Specialist

Andrea, our billing specialist, is available to help you with any financing questions and review the various payment options we offer. For our reconstructive patients, Andrea is our insurance expert and will be able to help you with your insurance questions and concerns.

Rachel, Office Manager

Rachel, the office manager, is the final member of our staff. She will be around to answer any questions you may have about your surgery, our staff, or the office in general. Please let her know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with Central Ohio Plastic Surgery.
