This woman had 270 cc saline implants filled to the maximum fill of 300 cc to correct changes to her breasts after childbirth and breast feeding. She opted not to have a breast lift or mastopexy and these results were achieved with breast implants only to augment her breasts. Base width of her breasts is 11.2 cm
