Looking for a fun way to celebrate your refreshed look after BOTOX injections or dermal filler treatment? Central Ohio Plastic Surgery (COPS) is inviting you to join the Ice Pack Challenge—a playful social media event designed to show off your “post-treatment glow” along with our signature blue ice packs! From November 15th through December 5th, 2025, you’ll have the chance to win 50 units of BOTOX Cosmetic just by sharing your photo or review.

How to Enter

You can participate in the Ice Pack Challenge in two simple ways—and the more you post, the better your chances to win!

1. Post a Selfie with Your Ice Pack

After your treatment, snap a selfie with your Central Ohio Plastic Surgery ice pack and share it on Instagram or Facebook.

  • Story posts: 1 entry per platform
  • Feed posts: 2 entries per platform
  • Bonus: One extra entry for every additional ice pack in your photo
  • Additional Bonus: Earn an extra entry for each friend you tag in your post

Be sure to tag @centralohioplasticsurgery so we can count your entries!

2. Leave a Google Review

Share your experience by leaving a new Google review for Central Ohio Plastic Surgery that mentions BOTOX Cosmetic or JUVÉDERM®, and you’ll receive one additional entry.

The Prizes

There will be two lucky winners!

  • One winner will be chosen for the most ice packs featured in a single photo.
  • The second winner will be drawn live at noon on Dr. Lichten’s birthday on December 5th!

Winners will each receive 50 units of BOTOX Cosmetic as a special “thank you” for participating.

  • All entries and eligibility will be verified by Central Ohio Plastic Surgery and Dr. Lichten.
