About Us
Patients coming in for a consultation or office visit with Dr. Lichten can choose to meet with him in one of two convenient locations. His office at the Fairfield Medical Center is located at 135 North Ewing Street, Suite 202, Lancaster, Ohio 43130. He also sees patients at Forest Health Medical Center of Columbus, located at 3964 Hamilton Square Boulevard, Groveport, Ohio 43125. Dr. Lichten performs most of his outpatient surgeries at the Surgery Pavilion of Fairfield Medical Center, located downstairs from our Lancaster office. An active member of the medical staff at Fairfield Medical Center, Dr. Lichten also holds staff privileges at Forest Health Medical Center of Columbus, Mount Carmel East and the Eastside Surgery Center.

Columbus Cosmetic Surgery Office Hours
Our regular office hours for appointments are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Our staff is available by phone between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Patient Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only, except for emergencies. The amount of time scheduled for your appointment is based on the reason for your consultation. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. Payment is expected at the time of your appointment.
When you request a consultation online, you will receive $25 off your consultation fee. Your consultation will include:
- Time with Dr. Lichten and his nurse
- An evaluation of your areas of concern
- A discussion of your options, including the benefits and risks of each
- A discussion of cost and financing options
- Dr. Lichten's professional recommendations
- Answers to your questions
