This 43 year-old female from southeast Ohio had a breast lift and abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Jason Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in Lancaster, Ohio. Her main goals for surgery were for rejuvenation of her breasts and abdomen following pregnancy. At her consultation, different surgical options were reviewed including breast augmentation and liposuction as alternatives to her ultimate surgical choice. She is shown 1 year following both procedures. She is very happy with the results of her abdominoplasty and breast lift. She could consider adding volume to the upper part of her breasts through the use of breast implants, but has good rejuvenation with the mastopexy alone.
