This 75 year-old man from Fairfield County came to see Dr. Lichten after having a QuickLift facelift done in Columbus, Ohio. He was unhappy with his results, primarily that he still had loose skin in his neck. At his consultation with Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in Lancaster, Ohio, Dr. Lichten recommended a direct neck lift using Z-plasties to hide his scars and address his primary concern. The procedure was done as an outpatient under local anesthetic. He tolerated surgery very well and remained awake throughout the procedure.
