This 29 year-old female from near Athens, Ohio consulted with Dr. Lichten at Central Ohio Plastic Surgery about breast augmentation surgery. She had always felt that her breasts were too small for her body and her main goal for surgery was to create volume and fullness in her breasts that she never had. She saw Dr. Lichten at the Lancaster, Ohio office. He recommended 425 cc, Allergan high profile (Style 20), smooth walled silicone breast implants. She had these implants placed through an inframammary incision into a pocket behind her pectoralis muscle without any complications. Her recovery went as planned and was able to return to full activity around 1 month after her surgery. She was happy with the results and looked forward to swimsuit season for the first time in her life.
