This 27 year-old female from Lancaster, Ohio consulted with Dr. Lichten at  Central Ohio Plastic Surgery to correct drooping and volume loss in her breasts after childbirth.

At her consultation, Dr. Lichten recommended bilateral breast augmentation with 375 cc, Mentor, moderate plus profile, smooth walled saline implants.  Although she initially thought she would like larger implants, Dr. Lichten reviewed in detail thee pros and cons of different implant sizes on her frame.  She decided to have these implants placed through an inframammary incision into a pocket behind her pectoralis muscle.
