This 32 year-old female from Lancaster, Ohio consulted with Dr. Lichten about breast augmentation. She reported that she had always had "smaller" breasts, but this worsened after childbirth and breast-feeding. She wanted her breasts to be as large as possible and still keep a natural shape. Dr. Lichten recommended high profile saline implants placed behind her chest muscles through an incision in the crease beneath the breast. Her surgery and recovery were uneventful. She felt that all of her surgical goals were accomplished beyond her expectations.
