19-year-old female with tubular, constricted breast deformity sought correction from Dr. Lichten of Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in Lancaster, Ohio.  Through the use of breast implants, Dr. Lichten was able to release the tight bands of the lower part of the breast and give her a more natural, feminine appearance to her breasts.
