This 49-year-old woman from Lancaster had suffered a dog bite to her lower lip with tissue loss and scarring in 2016. In consultation with Dr. Lichten the decision was made to use injectable Hyaluronic Acid (Juvederm) to correct her lip asymmetry. 1 syringe of Volbella was used to create definition of her lips, vermillion border and the edge of her lips, and 1 syringe of Juvederm Ultra was used to restore the lost volume in her lips.
