Dr. Lichten has carefully selected his staff to ensure that you have the best experience possible as part of our practice. Education of the staff is a priority to Dr. Lichten. Each member of our staff has had extensive training in their particular areas of expertise, as well as specific training in plastic surgery and skin care. As a result, our staff is uniquely equipped to handle your plastic surgery questions and concerns. In addition, from the day we opened our doors, Central Ohio Plastic Surgery has been committed to providing the best customer service to our patients. When you call to schedule your initial consultation, we will be happy to answer any questions concerning our practice or your procedure of interest.
Whether it be answering your questions promptly or simply greeting you with a smile and personal welcome as you walk through door of our suite, your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us.
Tracy is typically the first voice you hear on the phone and the first face you see when you come through the doors. She will schedule your initial appointment, process your paperwork and handle your initial questions. When you present for your appointment, Tracy will take your paperwork, insurance information and collect any consult fees or copays. Tracy will be happy to help you through any of your paperwork questions and ensure that you are as comfortable as possible. Tracy joined Central Ohio Plastic Surgery in 2013. She came to us with more than 25 years of experience and has been a great addition to our team.
At your first appointment in the office, our nurse, Jill, will escort you to a consultation room and review your medical history with you. When you decide to schedule surgery, Jill will be responsible for setting the date and coordinating your care. Jill will use her expertise to help guide you through the surgery process from your initial consultation to your final post op visit. Jill joined our staff in 2013 after spending 8 years as the plastic surgery service line leader at Fairfield Medical Center, so she brings both clinical knowledge plus plastic surgery practical experience to our team. Jill is an excellent resource for all of your clinical questions, and your pre op and post op care.
Natalie helps our patients to feel beautiful and relaxed. Natalie gets rave reviews from our patients for her technical skill at facials, dermaplanes, chemical peels and skin care assessments. Natalie has been very busy operating our TriPollar Apollo machine, tightening skin and reducing fat, in a treatment that feels like a warm stone massage. Natalie is a State Licensed Aesthetician, so in addition to being able to answer questions about your visit, she is available to guide you through your skin care questions.
Andrea has been with Central Ohio Plastic Surgery since the day we opened. She is a Certified Professional Coder and she is the one responsible for handling our billing. She has worked in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She is a fantastic resource for our patients with questions about financing and helping to review the various payment options we offer. For our reconstructive patients, Andrea has been a tenacious advocate for our patients with their insurance companies. She will be able to help you with your insurance questions and concerns.
Rachel, Practice Manager
Rachel, the final member of our team, is the Practice Manager. Like Andrea, she has been with our practice since the very beginning. Rachel oversees the day to day operations of the business, including marketing, website, human relations and the back office. She is around to answer any questions you may have about your surgery, our staff, or the office, in general.
